GT99 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and GT99 ("GT99", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the GT99 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services.

By completing the GT99 registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the GT99 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all GT99 services including arcade games, fishing games, card games, and the Crickex cricket sports betting section.

GT99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the GT99 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a GT99 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GT99 is strictly an adult platform. We do not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended GT99 account. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by GT99 or any affiliated gaming operator.

Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

GT99 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GT99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. GT99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

• Do not share your GT99 login credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your GT99 account on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or app.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security.
• Log out of your GT99 account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

If you suspect that your GT99 account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact GT99 support immediately via live chat. GT99 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account pending verification.

GT99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any bets placed or withdrawals processed before GT99 is notified of unauthorised access will be treated as valid transactions.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All GT99 transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). GT99 does not apply any currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit. GT99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own name. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak hours may take slightly longer but will always be completed within 24 hours for verified accounts.

• GT99 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside GT99's control.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• GT99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your GT99 account balance.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

GT99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Arcade games and fishing games typically contribute 100%. Sports betting contributions may vary. Check the specific promotion terms for details.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on a GT99 account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: GT99 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements. Accounts found abusing bonuses will be suspended and bonus winnings voided.

06 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all GT99 sports betting markets, including the Crickex cricket betting section. Game-specific rules for arcade, fishing, and card games are available within each game's help section.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical error are void and any staked amount will be returned.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type, and account status. GT99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds on your selection change between the time you submit your bet and the time it is processed, GT99 will notify you of the new odds and give you the option to accept or decline.
• Void Bets: GT99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets on Crickex markets are subject to a short delay to prevent exploitation of live data advantages. GT99 is not responsible for any delay in live score updates from third-party data providers.
• Settled Bets: Once a bet has been settled and the result confirmed, the settlement cannot be reversed except in cases of a proven technical error or data provider error.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

GT99 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Cheating and Exploitation: Using any software, tool, script, or method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to bots, auto-clickers, and game exploit scripts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game information, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any GT99 game or betting market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple outcomes or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of the result, in a manner that exploits GT99's pricing.
• Money Laundering: Using GT99 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. GT99 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one GT99 account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile banking provider for a GT99 deposit. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.

08 Responsible Gaming

GT99 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. GT99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players, free of charge:

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the GT99 platform — including but not limited to the GT99 logo, game graphics, interface design, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of GT99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any GT99 content without prior written permission from GT99. You may not use the GT99 name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.

GT99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the GT99 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the GT99 platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GT99 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of GT99 services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond GT99's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data or account information resulting from technical failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the GT99 platform.
• Any decisions made by you based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the GT99 platform.

GT99's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits GT99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

GT99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that GT99 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, GT99 will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation confirms a breach, GT99 may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance. If no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting GT99 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

12 Changes to These Terms

GT99 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, GT99 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the GT99 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using GT99 and request account closure before the changes take effect.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GT99 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through GT99's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
